By examining a successful case of collaboration to develop an incubator, Bennett created a report which identified key factors necessary to encourage a healthy and sustainable partnership between a diverse group of private and public administrations.

Ms. Bennett is the Academic Associate for the Business and Computer Technologies Division at Washtenaw Community College. She is engaged in a wide range of projects that serve high school and college students in addition the community at-large. Through grant funding from the Department of Labor and Economic Growth, Ms. Bennett developed an innovation curriculum that served as the platform for advanced manufacturing and alternative energy curriculum for nine Southeastern Michigan Community Colleges. She serves on the Food and Farming Business Committee with the Food System Economic Partnership (FSEP) and the Board of Directors for the University of Michigan Credit Union.
