Keith Morgan, MBA, IOM is the Vice President and Chief Programs Officer at the Urban League of West Michigan, where he leads regional systems-level strategies advancing entrepreneurship, workforce development, and inclusive economic growth. His work focuses on aligning public, private, academic, and philanthropic partners to strengthen economic development ecosystems across West Michigan.
Keith brings extensive experience in regional economic development, small business support, and nonprofit leadership, including service as President and CEO of the South Kent Chamber of Commerce. He is the founder of RKM Enterprises LLC, providing strategic consulting and capacity-building support to organizations and entrepreneurs working within complex regional systems.
Recognized by Crain’s Grand Rapids Business as a Notable Black Leader, Keith serves on multiple boards and advisory committees focused on economic and community development. He holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, a BA from Wabash College, and is a graduate of the Institute for Organization Management.
