Executive Director for the Michigan Economic Developers Association
Meghan Swain is the executive director for the Michigan Economic Developers Association. A professional, statewide association that empowers its members to drive positive economic growth in Michigan through advocacy, education, and networking.
Previous to this role, Ms. Swain held executive level, non-profit positions representing public health, emergency preparedness, early childhood development, and agriculture. She has extensive experience in public policy, government affairs, and non-profit management.
M. Swain holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Davenport University, with emphasis on management, marketing, and finance and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Western Michigan University.
She serves as the president of the Fowlerville District Library and treasurer/fundraiser for the Fowlerville High School Alumni Association.
