Author Information

Rama Yelkur is a professor in the School of Business at St. John Fisher College. Prior to Fisher, she served in a variety of roles including dean of the College of Business and Management at Saginaw Valley State University in Michigan, director of international business programs, and professor of marketing at University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and marketing faculty member at Texas A&M International University.
