Charlie Cavell recently graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. While in college, Charlie started The Pay it Forward Initiative which provides employment, education and empowerment to structurally unemployed residents in Detroit through job coaching, essential skills training and wrap around supports. Charlie also became the youngest school board member in America when he was appointed to the Loving Academy charter school board of Detroit in 2011.
