This report examined current trends and recommendations to rejuvenate the main commercial corridor in the neighborhood. Consisting of a socioeconomic analysis, a review of previous Brightmoor studies, an analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (S.W.O.T.), a comparative market study, parcel corridor evaluation of current physical conditions, and recommendations, this project is a valuable resource for communities interested in neighborhood rejuvenation.
