Last week was the Center's first time back in the office during 2022! The REI celebrated some return to normalcy with a Fellow luncheon and yummy local food. Fellows David Palmer and Tony Willis spent the day with faculty and discussed overlaps in their work between Detroit and Lansing, particularly focused on financial resiliency. Graduate research assistant, Emma Gilbert, has this year's project podcast line up ready to go and soon all are invited to listen in on the Fellow's work around equitable economic development. The CCED looks forward to getting these two in the same room more often and a group interview is planned for May.
