Our SLFG projects are an exciting opportunity to provide assistance to Michigan communities in completing local and regional economic development initiatives through a field-based or practicum course. After completing over 60 SLFG projects working with over 13 different universities and colleges, MSU REI is ready to begin accepting proposals for the Spring 2019 semester. Technical Assistance selection is a competitive process. REI will fund up to ten semester-long projects each year. Students are expected to write a report, conduct a webinar, and present at the annual Innovate Michigan! Summit.

Summer 2020 Student-Led, Faculty-Guided Projects are due February 10th!

This is a chance to assist a disadvantaged Michigan community and we strongly encourage you to apply!
