The 2023 Michigan Inventor's Coalition’s (MIC) will also have their Inventors Expo! MSU REI helped seed MIC, and each year both the Summit and Expo are held concurrently.

MSU EDA University Center Publications Can Now be Found on Humanities Commons and Google Scholar

“Humanities Commons is a nonprofit network that enables humanities scholars and practitioners to create a professional profile, discuss common interests, develop new publications, and share their work. The Humanities Commons network is open to anyone, regardless of field, language, institutional affiliation, or form of employment. Full-featured accounts are and will remain free for individual users; the network is sustained by the financial contributions of participating organizations.”  

Thank you to Terence O'Neill, REI Consultative Panelist and MSU Entrepreneurship Librarian, who introduced REI to this great resource! This has created additional opportunities for REI as we continue to build a new economic development ecosystem by leveraging higher education assets to support the creation and application of innovative economic development strategies that promise to yield high-growth entrepreneurship and job creation throughout the state of Michigan. In addition, over 130 of these publications are now discoverable on Google Scholar. This has expanded REI's reach to the national and international level.
